In Conversation with Theo Mayne

In this special edition of The Diversity Blog, Shivani Gug spoke to The Traitors’ Theo Mayne about identity, belonging, and embracing differences. 

While he sees his dual heritage as a blessing, it has also brought challenges.  He shared how he has often felt caught between two worlds, being half English and half Jamaican.

With a life-changing appearance on The Traitors, explaining how being a part such a diverse cast helped him learn new things about himself, Theo described how seeing people like him on screen made him feel more confident in who he is and where he belongs.

Now, Theo uses his platform to show that being different is something to be proud of. By embracing all sides of his identity, he hopes to turn difference into positive energy and empower others to feel seen and celebrated.
