It’s easy to vote in LeadLUU- and it takes less than two minutes!
You can vote online or in person at the LeadLUU Hub, where you’ll be able to read candidate statements, look at their posters, and find who is right to represent you, and who will win your vote.
ALL students can vote in LeadLUU, as long as they are current University of Leeds students and a member of Leeds University Union.
Signing up to be a member happens when registering for the university, and, if you cannot vote, contact DemocracyAndCampaigns@luu.ac.uk to see how to register.le
Voting in LeadLUU will enter you into a draw to win your share of £2500+ in incentives, including a Macbook, iPads, and a Nintendo Switch!
It’s very easy to vote online on the Engage website.
To vote, you must rank the candidates from most to least favourable, choosing who you believe will fit the roles and your needs the best.
If none of the candidates are for you, you can vote to re-open nominations by clicking ‘RON.’ If RON has the highest votes, this will call for a second election.
Get the full voting experience and vote in-person at the LeadLUU Hub!
Grab a free hot drink and biscuits whilst you decide which candidates are right for you.
In-person voting works the same as online, and you will need to rank the candidates from most to least favourable.
Voting will close 18 March at 4pm, and the results will be posted the following day.
This is incredibly exciting (and nerve wracking!) for all your candidates, so make sure to be supportive!
Get voting and shape the future of student leadership.
